Our per-project pricing is based on three factors:

• Group size ($5 per participant per month)
• Number of facilitator seats ($150 per facilitator per month)
• Functionality (currently includes Zilino's entire basic features set, premium features and other add-ons may be introduced in the future)

Discounts for multi-months engagements apply.

Subscription

For organizations that need to host online dialogue events on a regular basis, our monthly or annual subscription model is the most economical option.

Rates start from $100/month (paid annually).

Full-service

The total costs for producing a successful online dialogue event may vary widely and depend on a number of factors, including but not limited to:

• Consulting needs (assessment, strategy, planning & design etc.)
• Project duration
• Total number of participants
• Required team size (marketing/outreach, facilitation, support etc.)
• Training and capacity building requirements
• Content and other production responsibilities
• Integration with existing infrastructure or third-party tools
• Other services

The cost for a typical Zilino full-service package might range anywhere between $5,000 and $25,000.
